A custom built home in the heart of historic Libertyville. JMR designed and installed the landscape for front and back yards to include a swimming pool, hot tub, terraced patios, fireplace, outdoor grilling area, heated driveway, exterior lighting and four season gardens. There were many challenges to overcome with this installation as the house was already built on a long rectangular lot. The neighbors to the south were very kind and gave JMR permission to use their driveway to access the backyard for the duration of excavation and construction of this project. A true testimony to the unique neighborly ways in Libertyville.
